AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN
Class I, Step 1 - $9.37/hr
Hours to be arranged, up to 20 Hours per week
-This is a student position

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with clients to meet all programming and audio-visual needs.
• Set up and operate audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, and concerts.
• Set up tables and chairs for Student Center and Campus Organizational events.
• Responsible for equipment security and storeroom maintenance.
• Perform other duties assigned by Student Technical Services Manager and Technical Services Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a current SFSU student enrolled in a minimum of 6 units.
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude while working under pressure and meet deadlines with a constantly changing event schedule.
• Ability to work flexible hours is a must, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience operating and maintaining sound reinforcement, video, lighting, and general audio-visual equipment preferred.
