Cash Control Assistant
Class I, Step 1 - $9.37/hour
Hours to be arranged. Up to 20 hours per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform cash collections from revenue and change fund locations, write receipts
- Receive payments, write receipts
- Perform cash collections from sales locations
- Maintain and replenish Petty Cash Fund, provide change to sales locations
- Process Accounts Payable checks
- Provide clerical and filing support
- Special projects as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Cash handling experience required
- Ability to handle large amounts of money
- Accurate math skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to establish & maintain cooperative working relationships with others
- Ten-key by touch
- Familiarity with cash and coin-counting machinery preferable
- Must be enrolled at SFSU with a minimum of 6 units
- Must have a 2.5 GPA to work over 20 hours per week (will verify)
