Engineering Assistant
Class I, Step 1 - $9.37/hour
Hours to be arranged. Up to 20 hours per week.
Working Shifts: Monday-Friday 5:30pm - 10:30pm, Saturday 8am-4:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for daily maintenance and upkeep of building and equipment
• Respond to emergency repair situations
• Provide daily reports of events
• Work on special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be enrolled at SFSU with a minimum of 6 units.
• Maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of hand and power tools required
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
• Must be able to work an occasional night and/or weekend
• Mechanical, painting, and plumbing skills desired
