Panel Discussion: Tuesday, August 31 | 6 p.m. − 7:30 p.m. Featuring Leticia Armijo, composer, historian, and researcher from the Autonomous University of Mexico and Director General of ComuArte Internacional; Clayton Dumont, Professor of Sociology, SFSU; Carla Lucero, composer and Director of Tenth Muse Presents and ComuArte/USA; Ed McCaughan, Chair, Sociology Department, SFSU; Carmen Cecilia Piñero Gil, ethnomusicologist and Director of the Spanish Division of ComuArte; Professor of North American Literature at the Autonomous University of Madrid; and Clare Sears, Assistant Professor of Sociology, SFSU.
