The Cesar Chavez Student Center provides a variety of rooms for meetings and events and offers support services through the Meeting Services Department.

Please refer to the information below to book a room, or rooms, at the Cesar Chavez Student Center. We look forward to helping you plan your next successful event.

How to Reserve a Room at the Cesar Chavez Student Center

1. Check for Availability:

You may browse the calendar or simply browse for available space on our Event Management System. You may also stop by the Meeting Services office at T-123 to check room availability.

2. Request Room:

You will need to create a new account or log into your current account to make a room request or simply fill out a Room Request form at the Meeting Services office at T-123.

We will contact you! In a few days, the Meeting Services staff will contact you to come by their office (T-121 or T-123) to sign your paperwork. This will be your Tentative Reservation.
